- Efficient facility management system
- Energy-saving within technological processes in partnership with tenants
Future projects:
- New buildings with BREEAM certification
- Solar panels
- Saving nature - bee hives
- Certification of existing buildings by BREEAM in use
- Investment in heat reuse for NOx reduction (oxides of nitrogen atmospheric pollutants)
- Upgrading of the boiler house
