Each Stansefabrikken employee is granted an annual leave of 28 calendar days if the law does not prescribe otherwise. The annual leave is usually divided into summer and winter parts, the latter one usually granted during the season period (between Christmas and New Year's).
A spring leave is also possible as we seek to take heed of employees' wishes to choose the leave period.
We seek not to grant leaves during the autumn as it is the busiest period for the plant, although even then leaves are possible.
Each employee is covered with an accident insurance policy which is valid around the clock both at work and outside of the workplace.
All employees that wish so are vaccinated against flu every year free of charge.
