New coil line
April 2019 Stansefabrikken Automotive has expanded stamping capabilities with the addition of modern GSW Schwabe high-speed compact coil line into the 400T Invernizzi press line.
With the new coil line implementation, the company can process mild steels from 0,7mm to 5mm thickness, or high strength steel materials with the tensile strength of 850Mpa up to 3,5mm thickness with a width 650mm. The line can receive coils up to 6t with max diameter of 2000mm.
New coil line helps to reduce production costs through the reduction of scraped material, reduced coil change time, increased production speed and improved products quality.
