Future changes in the management of the Stansefabrikken group
Stansefabrikken Group CEO Jon R. Westby has decided to step down from his position on April 30, 2026.
After many years as top leader of the group and after due consideration, Stansefabrikken Group CEO Jon R. Westby has decided that the time is right for a managed transition as he approaches retirement age.
In agreement with the chairman of the board, the date for resigning will be April 30, 2026. This provides a reasonable timeframe to ensure continuity and overlap to carry out a good process finding the right successor and ensuring a smooth transition.
The work to find Jon R. Westby's successor is already underway, and a good, professional process is being planned together with our partner Skagerak Consulting.
Jon R. Westby will continue having full responsibility as CEO, as normal until he steps down next year, to secure operations and the positive development the group has initiated through its major investments the last years.
